Chat is where most work starts. You describe an outcome. Kaer plans, does the work, and brings a result back into the same thread so you can inspect, edit, or continue.
Chat is the default home. New work starts in the composer.
Open Chat from the first item in the app, or app.kaer.ai/app.
Start a thread
Click New chat, type, press Enter. Shift+Enter adds a line without sending.
Add context if you have it
Attach files, mention a project, or switch the surface to Computer when the job needs a real machine. See Computer.
Stay in the thread
You are not locked out while it works. You can keep reading, interrupt, or send another message. If Kaer pauses for approval, the thread waits until you confirm or cancel.
Review the result
Ask for a tighter version, a different audience, or a specific change. When it is good enough, copy it out, drop it into Mail, or turn the steps into a Workflow.
- Name the audience and the tone.
- One job per thread until it is done.
- If the reply drifts, say “stay on X” rather than starting over.
