Kaer has no passwords. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Google or GitHub. Your first successful sign-in creates the account, so there is no separate registration form.
Before you begin
- Decide which email to use. Use a work email if you plan to join a team workspace later. Personal and work accounts stay separate.
- If someone invited you to their workspace, use the address the invite was sent to. See Team.
Sign in with an email code
Enter your email
Go to kaer.ai/login and type your address in Email.
Accept the terms
Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. The button stays disabled until you do.
Request the code
Choose Continue. Kaer sends a 6-digit code to that address.
Enter the code
Type the code from the email. When it matches, Kaer takes you to your workspace.
Sign in with Google or GitHub
On the sign-in page, choose Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub and approve the request in the provider's window. When you are signing up, the buttons read Sign up with Google and Sign up with GitHub.
Sign out
Open the account menu from your name at the bottom of the rail and choose Logout.
Troubleshooting
The code has not arrived
- Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.
- Check the address shown on the code screen. If it is wrong, choose Use a different email.
- Choose Resend code to send a new one.
"That code didn't match"
Check each digit and type the code again, using the most recent email. If it still fails, choose Resend code and use the new one.
I see a different, empty workspace
You probably signed in with a different email or provider than last time. Sign out and sign in with the one you used originally.
I lost access to my email
Kaer cannot recover an account for someone else. If you lost the only email you sign in with, contact Help.

Where is the login page?
At kaer.ai/login.
Is there a password to reset?
No. Kaer accounts sign in with one-time codes, so there is no password to choose, forget or reset.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Not yet. Settings → Security shows two-factor authentication and passkeys as not available on Kaer accounts right now.
